About Us
Located within the beautifully frescoed Palazzo Antellesi, Misuri is Florence’s oldest leather establishment — a living testament to a
district once alive with tanneries and workshops. Today, we remain the last atelier preserving the meticulous craftsmanship of that era,
remaining faithful to Florentine artisanal traditions rather than chasing fleeting trends.
Each of our handcrafted jackets, bags, and accessories is made from the finest Italian leather, combining elegance with durability.
Our artisans proudly continue the ancient art of doratura (gold leather gilding), while our team shares their knowledge of Florence’s
centuries-old tanning heritage. A visit to Misuri is more than shopping — it is an immersive experience in Florentine culture and craftsmanship.
Design & Development
Our creations are born from the dialogue between tradition and modernity. Misuri’s artisans design leather goods that embody timeless
elegance while embracing subtle contemporary influences. Each new model is developed with thought and care, ensuring our collections
remain both classic and current, made to endure in both style and quality.
Customer Service — In-Store & Online
At Misuri, every customer — whether visiting our atelier or shopping online — is treated with the same personalized attention and care.
In-store, this includes expert fittings, same-day tailoring, and hands-on guidance. Online, our team ensures a similarly attentive experience:
from personalized sizing consultations to detailed guidance on finishes, gilding, and customizations, every client is supported as if they
were in Florence.
Our Values
Our greatest value is our customer. From the first step into our Florentine atelier — or the first click on our website — and for years after a
purchase, we are committed to offering an exceptional, lasting experience. Genuine hospitality, expert guidance, and personalized attention
define the Misuri philosophy. Beyond fine leather goods, we offer something deeper: relationships built on trust, tradition, and craftsmanship.
