Returns & Exchanges

At MISURI we accept returns of unworn, unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online or in store for full refund within 30 days of original purchase excluding personalized items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please Contact Misuri to initiate a return merchandise authorization, which is required to process a return.

Customer care will provide the instructions on where to ship any return or exchange.
MISURI reserves the right to refuse acceptance of items sent without prior authorization. The Client is responsible for all eventual shipping fees, VAT, import duties, and/or taxes which the amount of is not predictable.

Sale Merchandise

All sale merchandise is final and not valid for return or refund.

Personalized and Altered Items

Once an item is personalized or altered it can no longer be returned or exchanged.*

After the merchandise has been returned and the contents of the package have been checked and accepted, MISURI will proceed with the exchange.


Refunds of the original merchandise price will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted by MISURI.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.

Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Presentation of original receipts, special order forms, and other relevant documentation (photos) is required by the client as MISURI does not keep these records.

If MISURI chooses to provide a refund and no record of sale is available it will be given as Store Credit based on the current price of the item (minus eventual discounts and taxes).

Unfortunately, shipping charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs cannot be refunded.


Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise is rare, but unfortunately a reality, and will be handled on a case by case basis.

MISURI has made every effort to display the merchandise colors as accurately as possible. However due to the nature of the leather tanning processes there are slight differences between the loads of leather we receive from the tannery. Also differences in computer monitors, settings, and connections could cause these colors to appear in shades or tones that are not completely accurate.

Please be aware that leather is a natural material and therefore differs from hide to hide so slight discoloration, blemishes, imperfections, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These variations should not be considered a fault but part of the natural beauty and uniqueness of the leather.

We cannot accept returns on products for any reason where the cause is due to the nature of leather products.
